With funding from UNICEF under the MMCT project and implemented by Nabta Organization, a capacity-building workshop on Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) was conducted for Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) sector partners, with 32 participants (6 males and 26 females).
Workshop Objectives:
Introduce the CLTS Approach: Familiarize participants with the concepts and methodology of Community-Led Total Sanitation.
Train Facilitators: Prepare qualified facilitators capable of training and raising community awareness effectively.
Build Community Mobilization Skills: Equip facilitators with the skills needed to mobilize and engage communities toward positive behavioral change.
Empower the Community: Impart essential skills and knowledge to the community to drive and sustain sanitation initiatives.
